Ordering your repeat prescription
You can order your repeat prescription by:
Register for the MYGP App
Register for online prescription services

Post your repeat slip into our letter box
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we would advise to only order using your repeat prescription slip if you are unable to order by electronic methods.
MYGP App: You can download the app from your app store. Follow the instructions to register for the app. You will need to contact us for registration details to be able to order medication using the app. For more information visit https://www.mygp.com/
Online prescription service: contact surgery for your registration details, once you have these you can order you prescription by accessing your medical record from home.
Email: Email your name, address and date of birth along with a list of items you wish to order to firstname.lastname@example.org We may wish to contact you if there is a query so please check your emails once you have placed your request.
We do not take prescription requests by telephone.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER YOUR REPEAT PRESCRIPTION MORE THAN 5 WORKING DAYS BEFORE IT IS DUE. PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTION TO BE PROCESSED, MON - FRI.
Collecting your repeat prescription
If your prescription needs to be collected from the surgery you must collect this yourself. If you want someone else to collect it on your behalf you must provide us with a letter of consent.
If you would like your prescription to go direct to the pharmacy, you must arrange this with the pharmacy.
You can avoid having to collect your prescription from the surgery at all by asking your pharmacy to arrange for your prescription to be sent to them electronically. Once you are registered for this service you simply call into the pharmacy when you need to collect your prescription.
Please ask your pharmacy to register you for the electronic prescription service.
