The practice will always contact patients where they have had a test and further action is required, patients are advised to ensure we have their up to date mobile telephone number as we can text you should any further action be needed. If you do not have a mobile telephone please ensure we have your up to date daytime telephone number.

The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data.

We will always contact you if your test result requires any further action. Please ensure we have your up to date contact details in case we need to contact you urgently.

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:

• in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
• in your Patient Access account
• phone or visit us between 9am to 3pm and we will tell you what the results are
